[ltp] wireless problem on X21

I have a T22, and I've had better luck with the orinoco_cs driver than with
wavelan_cs. I have Avaya (nee Orinoco, nee Lucent) gold and silver cards
(don't ask). RedHat 7.1, 7.2 and a variety of kernels.

One of the following stanzas in /etc/pcmcia/config should work (my gold card
corresponds to the first one):

card "Intersil PRISM2 11 Mbps Wireless Adapter"
  manfid 0x0156, 0x0002
  bind "orinoco_cs"

card "Lucent Technologies WaveLAN/IEEE Adapter"
  version "Lucent Technologies", "WaveLAN/IEEE"
  bind "orinoco_cs"

The other suggestions I've seen on the list look pretty sensible, as well.
