[ltp] Hearing the Mwave/ACP modem dial

Well, we now know that the modem sounds go through the
CS4237B mixer, so the one time the sounds didn't occur,
the mixer settings were probably different.

I think that ALSA users saw the "no dialing sounds"
problem more than OSS users because ALSA mutes all
the mixer channels by default.
