[ltp] Kernel config file of T2(0|1) users with a functioning Xircom winmodem

Hi Michael,

If you are lucky, all you need to do is:

1) download the driver, which you can find at http://www.heby.de/ltmodem.

2) install it.

3) optionally, download and install wvdial (www.worldvisions.ca/wvdial). If 
you use wvdial, you need to create a symlink:

ln -s /dev/ttyLT0 /dev/ttyS14

before running wvdialconf.

After this point, running wvdial should get you online.
