[ltp] 600X - IRQ Conflicts

In the past I have dealt with PCMCIA IRQ conflicts by setting PCIC_OPTS in /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia. Your
mileage may vary.
Here are two possible settings that have worked for me (try one or the other and dont forget to
restart /etc/rc.d/init.d/pcmcia):

PCIC_OPTS="do_scan=0"
#PCIC_OPTS="irq_list=3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15"
