[ltp] Naive Q: extended warranty worth it?

I was looking up my warranty info on my nice new R32, and saw that there's quite a range of upgrade options, up to $550 for 5 year, next business day.  

I was wondering what the group consensus was on which upgrade options, if any, were worth it.
