In everyone's experience here, what are some things I can be doing to
help maximize my battery life while running Linux on my T30 notebook? It
seems like I don't get the 2.5Hrs that IBM claims for this battery.
Here's some specs on what I'm running most of the time:

SuSE 8.2 Pro
APM (ACPI doesn't seem to work right)
Wireless 802.11b (home or work)
Standard office apps (Evo, Mozilla, OpenpOffice, HTML editor, etc.)

Screen is set to not be at same brightness on battery. It goes to go
sleep after 3 minutes (BIOS setting) Using ReiserFS filesystem. Any
other info you need, just ask. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
