[ltp] S-video in/out on A22p

Has anyone gotten the s-video in port to do anything under Linux?  Say, feeding 
AVview?

The Gatos project reports that the Rage mobility chipset is supported EXCEPT for 
"those that often incorporate SAAxxxx decoder from Philips (IBM Thinkpads, for 
example) which is not supported at the moment."

Does the A22p fall into this category?
