[ltp] X Dead on A21p after RH 9.0

I failed to mention that the version of XF86Config-4 that the RH 9.0 
upgrade modified for me does not have the xie or pex5 modules in it, so 
that part of the error doesn't happen with that config.  I still get the 
virtual height and screens errors though.
