[ltp] USb-mouse under T23

Hello list, 

i'm using a IBM-travel-wheel-mouse (800dpi). Sometimes   
(for example at Kmail or Mozilla-Browser) my harddisk is working 
and the mouse freezes for 1 second. I don't know if a 
hardwareproblem is the reason or something like a IRQ-conflict?!
I've got the same problems with Suse 8.1 and a 
Travel-wheel-mouse (400dpi). Does anybody have got an idea? 
Config.: T23, 768MB, 20GB Toshiba, Suse 8.2 
The usb-modules are loaded and the XF86 is correct!
