[ltp] gnomemeeting sound

I'm having a problem with gnomemeeting and sound on my A30 running
Debian Woody.  Sound is working fine with everything else (xmms etc...)
and I can transmit sound fine using the web canm microphone.  But all I
receive is garbled sound, it sounds like it is chopping up the incomming
sound into little chunks playing them fast.
