Do you use the latest version of gnomemeeting ? (0.98.5)
Which codec do you use ?
And the last question - do you use gnomemeeting with ALSA drivers or
with OSS drivers ?

It's works fine for me on T40 + ALSA + G.723||GSM||G.711
