[ltp] R40 - not able to access bios (using "Access IBM" button)

	Over here in US - IBM gives the recovery
	cds - if requested within the first month of
	purchase. Otherwise - they charge $35 or $40
	for it.

It may be the same here as far as prices go:  I ordered
the cds four days after receipt of the X23 notebook.
