The issue is that (as far as I know) NTFS can only reliably be mounted
Read Only, so you'd need the extra FAT32 partition. I'd consider it more
convenient if you don't need a separate FAT32 exchange partition. If
you're using XP much, NTFS + separate exchange partition may be more
useful, though.
