[ltp] pre-installation advice?

I have a FAT32 partition, and moved my "My Documents" folder to it.  I 
then created a "My Documents" sym link, in my home directory to it.

Also, given that the FAT32 partion is automatically converted to NTFS, 
how do you prevent it?
