Hi everybody,

I have no luck with the ipw2100 drivers of versions >0.60. I get no
contact and seemingly it is because the driver doesn't anymore switch on the
transmitter of the network adapter.

# iwconfig
...
eth1 unassociated ESSID:"... my neteork" Nickname:"ipw2100"
          Mode:Managed Channel=0 Access Point: 00:00:00:00:00:00
          Bit Rate=0 kb/s Tx-Power:off

I cannot switch on the power, I tried both
echo 0 > /sys/bus/pci/ (the device) /rf_kill and
iwconfig txpower ...
with different options and different versions of iwconfig.

What is wrong?

Regards
Carl-Fredrik
