Hi,
I read the discussion a few days ago about S3, but that is not my problem.
I installed Ubuntu Linux on my R50p. Nearly everything works fine, ven
WLAN out-of-the-box (I didn't get it to work on Debian SID).

It enters S3 fine. It leaves S3 fine. But then, when I try to do
something that needs access to the disc, the application freezes.
Sometimes, I have a few secs where this doesn't happen.
Once I tried to restart KDM, and got something about my root-partition
beeing readonly, which is not true, for I already wrote something to the
disk before. Very strange that...

When browser window was opened before suspend, I could even surf the
internet after... Filebrowsings kills konqueror...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Kay
