Thanks for your information.
I'm amazed. IBM-ACPI on my Debian Sarge is reporting at idle (with the fan =
on):=20

CPU: 38
PCI  : 45
HDD: 33
GPU: 52 (for my ATI M9)

I'm using Dynamic Clock with Xorg, laptop mode and cpu freq-scaling
(C3 reached). Why this difference of temperatures?
It seems we can't blame only the ati driver.
