[ltp] [Slightly OT] Model number update

Hi,

I remember some functionality when updating the BIOS. If my memory is
still intact, I had three "functions":
1. Readmefirst
2. Updating the BIOS
3. Updating the Model Number

The only thing I'm sure of: I've never used the third method, regardless
how it's called correctly :-)
