Why am I suddenly reminded of those product liability lawsuits, where a
company was sued because they neglected to include a specific warning
for a certain "common sense" hazard?  Will you sue IBM/Lenovo, if the
ThinkPad fails after you fell on your back while roller blading, and
they didn't warn you about such activity?

There's no way anyone can predict what the outcome will be, without
knowing what the forces involved are.  Are you just cruising along?  Do
you fall or run into trees often?  Will the ThinkPad be running?

As I recall, the only consumer level computer designed to take physical
abuse, was the Grid laptop, which had a mil spec design.
