[ltp] USB died on my T42p

My T40 (non-p) lost USB 2, so it's certainly not limited to the p 
models.  I imagine the mainboards are roughly the same between the P and 
  non P (Sounds like a famous math problem) models aside from the 
graphics device that is built into it.
