My Sony-Ericson K500i does not identify himself wile irdadump but accepts all AT comands etc. I lost a lot of time before understand this. I use it for GPRS and can transfer files from phone to computer and versa. Try to communicate with your T39 with Minicom, though you do not see him. Regards, Harry Popov
