Hi everyone,

I just aquired a new T60 and I have been playing around a bit with it,
installing a Debian Testing. I am writing things up on a Wiki as I am
making progress. You can check it out here:
http://bservin.free.fr/wikini/wakka.php?wiki=DebianThinkpadT60en

So far, things work mostly ok but I am getting problems with two
things right now:

1) swsusp2 : I installed the hibernate utility. Hibernation is working, however
I am not able to resume. I suspect I didn't get the grub options correct, does
anyone have a pointer on that ?

2) My T60 has a Intel 945 graphic card. Apparently the maximum
resolution is limited to 1024x768, this is enforced in the BIOS. There
is a utility called 915resolution that should allow to bypass BIOS
settings, but it did not work for me. When I try to use it I get these
lines in the Xorg logs:

(WW) I810(0): Successfully set original devices
(WW) I810(0): Setting the original video mode instead of restoring
        the saved state
(WW) I810(0): Extended BIOS function 0x5f05 failed.
(II) I810(0): BIOS call 0x5f05 not supported, setting refresh with VBE 3 method

Does anybody have experience with 915resolution and had it working
with a Intel 945 ?

thanks for your help,
