[ltp] T43: Lagged mouse + keys in games

Hi,

I have kind of the same problem on my T42p with the ATI Fire GL 2 when 
playing enemy territory with an external logitech mx510 mouse. Never 
tried the touchpad/stick in games.

I am curious that the same behavior is reported for windows too.
