I have Debian Sid 2.6.15-rc5 and I'm unable to compile the bioapi.

The script looks great, shame it won't work for me. ;-(

Anyone has a debian package that does it all? ;-)

checking for dlfcn.h... yes
checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... /lib/cpp
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
See `config.log' for more details.

b0rks there and I have no idea what is missing.

Any help? ;-)
