[ltp] Thinkpad R52

i was looking at the R52. i read somewhere that the IDE interface is
PATA. is that correct? i;ve had some issues ona desktop box with a PATA
drive - what module needs to be compiled into the kernel to get dma
enabled???

if i can solve that... R52 is my next purchase
