Pushing F7 twice doen't work. It seems that running both is not
supported as it was in other thinkpads. Even if you try it at boot time,
you can not switch on both devices.
There's also a BIOS setup which says "Both". But this option also
switches between the devices. If there's an analog vga connected it
switches to vga, otherwise lcd is enabled. It's more like an "auto"
function.

Also tried dual head before but as long as crt is disabled there's no
signal on the connector.
