Hello,

does anyone own one of these machines? Preferrably someone who would
have had T-series experience before?

I'm looking for a laptop for my girlfriend and am considering everything
in the range from a T41p to a T60. I was never really found of the Z
series, but the Z61p with the high resolution screen and a builtin
camera starts sounding interesting.

My issues with the Z series are that
- A quick look in a shop gave me the impression that the casing is
significantly more bulky than a T series.
- Is the overall build quality comparable to a T-series?
- What about the general feeling of use?

It'd be very helpful if someone could shed some light for me.

I'm not interested in performance and the like, i'd be curious about the
general feel of use and handling, the impression of the overall design
and build quality. What is great, what are the little everyday or just
occasional annoyances? Does the machine feel as solid as your old
T-series? Etc. etc. ...

Thanks,
Andr=E9.
