Of course, I forgot.
gentoo 2006.1
Kernel 2.6.19-gentoo-r2
fglrx 8.32.5
GPU at minimal frequencies (cca 120MHz gpu+ram)

It hapens usually, when both cores are under heavy load (gcc 4.1.1 
compiling c++ apps (qt apps))

and I have this TP for cca 7 months.
