[ltp] t41 hanging - upgrading EC

All,

A t41 is hanging and shutting off after limited use, 5 to 15 minutes. I 
have upgraded the BIOS however attempts to upgrade the EC are 
unsuccessful. The upgrade hangs on a request for drive. This system does 
not have a floppy drive and attempts to use a path on C: also fail.

1. Is there an EC upgrade that runs from windows?
2. Without a floppy is there a way to upgrade EC. What is the correct 
file name?
