[ltp] T61 temperature limits

I've noticed that my T61p runs a LOT cooler by default than the values 
in this thread. As I type this, my CPU is at 38C with about 2-dozen 
things running in the background (Evolution, Firefox w/20 tabs, etc.)

Firing up a kernel build results in the CPU topping out at 63C with it 
set to 2.40Ghz. Not that hot at all, and I'm not running any undervolt 
patches or anything of the kind.
