[ltp] X61 and XP Re-install Lockup Potential Fix

(I did search the last month or so on both lists, but did not find the 
original thread. Apologies to the list to which this message doesn't apply.)

Recently, I seem to recall someone posting about re-installing Windows 
XP on a ThinkPad X61 that had been running Linux and the machine locked up.

A while back Lenovo posted a BIOS update to fix this issue:
