[ltp] Dock + Audio not working

Hi,

I have a ThinkPad T420s with Ubuntu 11.10 and the audio out doesn't work 
when I have the audio cable plugged into the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus 
Series 3.  When I have the audio cable plugged into my laptop the audio 
out works fine.  Any ideas?
