[ltp] Disable Wake-On-Modem?

Dear All,

I wonder if you can help me with the following:

I have an A22p, and set it such that after 10 min of screensaver, it 
suspends (ie apm -s). However, every time I use the phone, (incoming, or 
outgoing), the modem wakes up the suspended pc.

I've already gone into the BIOS and disabled "wake on modem".

It's the Lucent Winmodem and Mandrake 8.1
