hi everybody,
i'm tring to have my nic works on linux. since no distributions seems to
support this network card, i'm looking for someone has installed it on his
thinkpad. i found a driver on
http://www2.neweb.ne.jp/wd/fbm/3c556/
but my experience in compiling modules of kernel is very poor, so i could'n
manage to have my card working. i'm actualy using caldera OpenLinux 2.4 but
i would use any other distribution (possibly red hat 6.2 or 7 or suse 7) if
it is useful to semplify the procedure. can anyone help me?
thanks in advice
Marco

situation is very critical, i don't wont to me murdered!!) :-))
