I got it to work for me with RedHat 7.0 after upgrading to the 2.2.18
kernel.

If you are building a custom kernel (I did), you can try to use my
kernel .config file.
It can be found here:
	ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/dash/tpx20_config

I recently upgraded to the 2.4.0 kernel and ran into difficulties
getting the NIC to resume properly.  This was fixed by switching to the
2.4.1 (3c59x.c-2.4.1-pre3-1).

For the simplest solution, go with 2.2.18.
