[ltp] Linux Mwave V.90 code slightly out of date?

I just compared all the .dsp files provided in the
mwavem-20010315.tar.gz tarball with those provided
in the latest release of the ACP modem driver for
Windows 95, acpcw32.exe. One of them differs.
   mwavem-20010315/mwave/v90.dsp 05/04/99 262974 bytes
   windows/mww32/modem/v90.dsp 11/03/99 263448 bytes
The date appears embedded inside the file itself. Assuming the
date is in American MM/DD/YY format, the Windows file is later.
The Windows file is also slightly larger and seems to have a
couple of extra labels in its symbol table, so I conjecture that
it is later and greater V90 code.
