[ltp] X22 / clock problems on resume

I seem to be experiencing some annoying wackiness when I suspend/resume
my X22. If only suspended for a short time, things seem OK, but after a
long suspend my hardware clock sometimes seems to jump into the future
by a day.
I am running RedHat 7.2 with kernel version 2.4.9-31.
I put some debug writes into my APM scripts to check that the hwclock
command wasn't hosing me on resume, but it appears as though the problem
happens after the apmscript has run on standby; the clock has gone wacky
before the apmscript is run on resume.
I have a friend here who reports a similar problem on his T23.
Anyone have any ideas here? Do I need to go digging into the kernel to
figure out what's going on?
Thanks,
--Jake
