Well at least that means that the UPPER voltage is flexible :)
the markings on the original ac adapter say
16V 3.36A
Your experience tells us that the requirements for the upper voltage are
flexible.
Now to find out if anyone has tried lower voltage and i'm ready to go.
They got 12v batteries starting with as low as 15 dollars :)And then of
course there's the car battery. i'll bet that one will last at least 20
hours. A tad heavy to carry around in your backpack though.
