[ltp] Hibernation Correction

Dear All,

Some time ago I reported to having successfully installed the hibernation
file on a NTFS filesystem on my T23.
This is INCORRECT! The file was created by the stndalhd.exe on a FAT32
partition that I had reserved as a bridge between Win 2K and Linux.

However, it does seem unnecessary to have a FAT16 or even have the FAT
partition appear as the first primary partition.
