[ltp] hdparm params for 7k60 drive

Could you post your settings, please...i get only the following with the
same drive in a T23...or is this system bus/processor speed related?

 Timing buffer-cache reads:   736 MB in  2.01 seconds = 366.53 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads:   62 MB in  3.09 seconds =  20.08 MB/sec
