[ltp] 2.6.0-test9 and USB Mouse

I upgraded my kernel to 2.6.0-test9 from 2.4.22-ac4.  Everything seems
to be working good.  With everything else constant (same XF86Config) the
USB mouse does not move smoothly.  It is jumpy.  The touchpad works
fine.  

I noticed that both /dev/psaux and /dev/input/mice both 'echo' events
from both the touchpad AND usbmouse, they seem to be identical.  I
believe that /dev/psaux was only the touchpad and /dev/mice/input was
only the USB moues in 2.4.  

Any insight?
