[ltp] Rage Mobility M3 - A21P and DRI under Xfree 4.2.1?

Hello all,

Have been trying to compile 2.4.22 kernel and get the r128 XFree86
module to provide Direct Rendering. Is it possible with Std RedHat 
8.0 and its version of XFree86 (4.2.1)?

The r128 module loads OK, but Xfree86 log file shows indirect, and Tuxracer
is the plodding-slow mode. (not DRI?).

Think graphics share IRQ with something else.. could that be a prob?

Has anyone done this with an Rage Mobility M3 ?

Does anyone know if this is a Config, Kernel, or Xfree86 issue?
