[ltp] 560z and speed issue 300Mhz showing and running at 75Mhz

Hi All,

  I use a 560z with Vector Linux 3.2 SOHO (Kernel 2.4.20). I even used
different dist. Peanut Linux, Etc.   Keep on getting a speed of 75 Mhz
even when Plugged in. It's a 300 Mhz machine. Anyone know how I can get
it to go up to 300Mhz. This 75 Mhz is REALLY SLOW. I can see the speed
issue. I installed Windows 98se as well but have no Idea how to see the
Speed of the Machine (The Properties of Computer [System] does not show
the Mhz.)

Anyone know?
