Hi Eben,

It is enough if you enable only the ACPI stuff.
Don't enable anything about suspend as it is related to suspend to disk.
Select "Power management support" but nothing below it.
No "Software suspend - EXPERIMENTAL"
No "Suspend to disk support"
That should work.
