AFAIK it is an acpi dsdt issue. I suppose we need a dsdt wizzard here. IBM 
does some weird checks on OS and OS/ACPI Version, which then change the 
suspend behaviour. 
However i have to do some test in my stuied bevor I can dig deeper in the ACPI 
AML (It's several hundered pages..)
