[ltp] USB keyboard with T30 - screen blanks after 1 hour?

The workaround would be nice, if I actually had a PS/2 port on the
machine itself. I currently do not have a port replicator or docking
station either. 

Thanks for the pointers on xset. Perhaps this will be somewhat useful
for the near future anyway.
