In the States, American Airlines has auto cigarette sockets in all seats
in all classes, including economy, and on most airplanes, B777, 767,
757, 737, MD80...you may not get it on small Fokker regional jets.
United has the same four-prong thingy that Aaron mentions, but usually
only on larger aircraft and only in business or first class. I'm not
sure what the other airlines offer.
