Australia, A31p, model 2653. I got the CD set from them after getting a
second hard disk from IBM, though, which may have been related.
Also, and on a considerably more dubious note, I know some people have
reported success in getting free copies of the CD set by reporting that
the pre-desktop area has been destroyed.
OTOH, this was in the days before there was a reasonable degree of
hardware protection for that area of the disk...
