[ltp] R51 - OSD not working

On my Thinkpad it makes no difference if I run "tpb -v" as root or as user. 
Both leads into the same result. Nevertheless I prefer using it as normal 
user but I have tried both cases.

I also deleted the "-nolisten tcp" option. On debian this option in located 
in /etc/kde3/kdm/Xservers. But the result is the same as before: No OSD and 
the same error message as before. Seems to be more complicated...
