[ltp] R51 - OSD not working

How do you start tpb? From a regular xterm? What's your $DISPLAY? Can
you run other X applications from there? Does
'echo "hello world" | osd_cat' display anything?

Unless you really need TCP access to your X server (which I doubt) you
should put that option back where it was.
